Icons missing

Hello. I am running Chesse 3.10.2 on Linux Mint 17. I only have 2 pages of effects and the third one is completely blank. Is there something wrong or should I just upgrade to Cheese 3.14? On Software Manager for me, it says the latest version is 3.10.2. What should I do?
