Issue with compiling 3.13.1

Hi,

I have been trying to compile cheese 3.13.1 but I keep running into an issue in configure itself.

Attaching logs: logs.txt

I read somewhere that Ubuntu is lagging behind in packages so I upgraded to 14.04, still no luck.

If I run pkg-config, it returns version 2.40 for glib, which should do it.

rahool rahool-dt:~/Documents/Gstreamer-Plugins-SourceCode/cheese/cheese-3.13.1$ pkg-config --modversion glib-2.0

2.40.0

rahool rahool-dt:~/Documents/Gstreamer-Plugins-SourceCode/cheese/cheese-3.13.1$

Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong here?
