Hello,
Cheese worked well for a few weeks, but since today it starts up with a black screen. The menu options "settings" is greyed out. In the console I get an error message "** (cheese:4848): WARNING **: Could not negotiate format"
When i run Cheese as root it works well.
My idea was to edit the Cheese format settings manually, but the settings seems to be very well hidden. where are these settings located? I run cheese on Ubuntu 11.10.
I also tried to remove Cheese with the purge option, and reïnstall, but this didn't work.
Or is it possible to start Cheese with some command line options?
Thanks,
Rob
