that looks pretty normal. This is a bit harder to investigate. Please do the following:
1.) start cheese from the terminal:
GST_DEBUG_NO_COLOR=1 GST_DEBUG="*:5" cheese 2>gstreamer.log
2.) provoke the error
3.) exit cheese
4.) zip the log and attach it to a bug report:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=GStreamer&component=gst-plugins-good

hello every one,,

i can't apply effects with Cheese 3.0.1
i can take photos video but can't apply effects

i get the following error after running cheese from shell :

** (cheese:10089): WARNING **: Internal GStreamer error: clock problem. Please file a bug at http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=GStreamer.

** (cheese:10313): WARNING **: Got unexpected frame size of 4 instead of 614400.

This sounds like a webcam driver issue. Anyway, like already said a few times on this list. Run e.g. v4l-info and include that output in the report.

Stefan
i have attached a text file of the output when trying to apply an effect a
