using libcheese in python?

Hello,
I wanted to create an app using python and libcheese, but I cannot find any documentation on how to use libcheese with python? I am pretty new to programming in general and am using this little project to help understand some concepts...The app I wanted to create would use the webcam to take a picture and insert it ontop of a CompanyID card....Can someone point me in the right direction please?
