New Effects

Greetings,

I'm interested in learning this kind of technology, and for this I propose implement new effects for Cheese. These effects are already present in GStreamer, like:

-circle

-difuse

-marble

-pinch

And some more, all presents on plugin "geometrictransform".

When I have ready patchs I will put on Bugzilla.
