After opening a modern keyboard, I think butchering the mouse is a better option.
Perhaps all that needs to be done software wise is enabling the right mouse button to have the same function as pressing the space bar.

about. we would like to have such a feature, but unfortunately we would
have to know how to get the signal from that button.
