Automatic calendar reload

Hello,

I am using gnomecal daily both at home and work. I have managed to setup
calendar synchronization using vcfsync and ssh, and it works great.

I would like to leave gnomecal running on both computers, but
gnomecal does not watch the calendar file for changes. What is the
best way to implement this? I browsed through the source code, but
could not figure where I could call the reload function safely.
