Patch to defs2bst: Handle trailing spaces in .morph files

I'm sorry if this is the wrong list for submitting patches to the 
defs2bst tool.

I found that defs2bst aborted the conversion if it encountered a .morph 
file which contained build commands with trailing spaces. This patch 
handles trailing spaces, and strips them out of the converted .bst 
output files.
