"Quick start" documentation for BuildStream

Hi all,

One last email from me today :-)

BuildStream has a solid reference guide available at 
https://buildstream.gitlab.io/ but it doesn't have any
"Getting started" guide. This is something we need to
get sorted fairly soon if we want to encourage adoption
of the tool.

I had a go at drafting a quick start guide here:
https://wiki.gnome.org/SamThursfield/BuildStreamQuickStart

It's unfinished, but I'm happy with the overall structure and the
1st section on "What is BuildStream".

Has anyone else done something similar?

We could perhaps co-opt 
https://gitlab.com/BuildStream/buildstream/issues/103 to track this issue.
