Missing package on RHEL5

Reviewing the b.g.o. I saw that gobject-introspection is failing on
RHEL5:
....
checking for ffi.h... configure: error: ffi.h not found
....
It seems something easy to solve, just install libffi-dev.
But although I can login fixed.gnome.org, and I have sudo grants to
become the slave and master user, I can't install new packages.
So please, could anyone install that package?
Other option is give to the buildmaster or buildslave permission to
install packages in that machine, so I could install the package by
myself.
BTW: this reminds me that someday we should make a deep review on the
continous compilation process in this machine. There are too much red
in that column
