New buildbot

Hi,

I am setting up a new buildbot, and I would like to hook it up with the
build.gnome.org infrastructure.

It doesn't have a publicly accessible IP, and here's the information
requested at [1].

- max number of concurrent builds -> default, did not tweak it
- whether make check should be run -> Xvfb is installed and running as
described in the wiki, so I suppose yes
- contact details (name, email) -> Cosimo Cecchi (cosimoc at gnome org)
- host details (distribution, version, architecture) -> Debian Squeeze
(testing), i686
