Deploying jhbuildbot

Hi!

I think jhbuildbot is in good state now to deploy it and replace the old
version. Now that it only needs one open port to deal with the slaves
the plan would be to move the master back to Red Hat's server (IIRC Olav
has already asked to open the required port there some time ago).

I've already deployed the master there, although it is not visible from
the outside yet. I'll be making some tests with the slave now, due to
this, I'll remove this RHEL5 slave from build.gnome.org.

Will keep you updated as soon as I get some results...
