I think all web modules ends with -web, so it should be build-web, but
I don't know if it is absolutely mandatory.  Also If there is a client
side part it could be merged into jhbuild proper.

Then I vote for putting it into jhbuild, at trunk/buildbot, with some code in jhbuild to automate buildslave setup (eventually).
