Seems like the repository name in LSB is
"tests/lsb-desktop-test/lsb-gtkvts" instead of "gtkvts":

cvs -d :pserver:anonymous cvs gforge freestandards org:/cvsroot/lsb co
tests/lsb-desktop-test/lsb-gtkvts/
