New simple-bug-guide.cgi

Hello,

I've uploaded a new http://bugzilla.gnome.org/simple-bug-guide.cgi -
it's quite a bit better than the old one ;)

One problem it does have is it suffers a bit from bug 141365 -
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=141365 - but once that's fixed
it should get some keywords right by default.

It would be nice if people could test it a bit, file bugs, even file
patches.... Once we've ironed out the bugs, I'm thinking of updating the
global bugzilla footer to look something like this:

New (advanced interface) | Search | etc...

and "New" going to simple-bug-guide whilst "advanced interface" goes to
the normal enter bug form.
