Hi,

At the moment, you can't; except if you're burning a ready-made (like distros do for install) bootable image. But you can't create a bootable image yet with brasero. As nobody has ever complained about it (no bug filed in bugzilla.gnome.org), I thought it wasn't a really needed feature. But if a bug was to be filed, I may change my mind ;).
