available couches for the summit?

Hi,

I'm planning on going to the Summit together with Ronald Bultje (BBB).
Am going to fly to NY first and then travel to Boston by bus/train
with Ronald on friday. Hotel prices are real pricy around Cambridge.
The Wiki page about local hotels hasn't been written yet.

Are there any more couches (2 people) available for the Summit? (BBB
will leave on sunday evening; i'm planning on flying back on tuesday).

Does anyone know any hotels with are actually doable wrt price and
distance (by bus?) from Cambridge?
