[tim-janik/beast] display summary message at the end of configure (#33)

As two of my submissions need a status message after configure is done (jack & spectmorph), here is a suggestion of adding this feature to beast first - the code is from rapicorn.

My important points here are:

• we want to keep this short, as to not spam the user with irrelevant details
• we definitely want to inform the user whenever there is a choice to make (i.e. build with or without mp3 support is a choice, so it should show up in the summary)

Once this is merged, I'll adapt the spectmorph/jack branches.
