Updated timidity drumkit importer

   Hi!

I've created a new version of the timidity drumkit importer, which
uses the new bsewavetool xinfos. This also means that the resulting
drumkits can only be used with SVN beast (or, when released,
beast-0.7.2). No gus specific information is used during replay, which
breaks some stuff. Especially some drums contain loops (such as a snare
drum loop) whereas others don't. Since beast doesn't support per-chunk
replay networks, I've disabled loops for all drums, which makes the
majority of drums (base drum, snare, hihat,...) sound right, whereas
some will sound wrong.

On my debian system, using the script is as easy as:

import.sh /etc/timidity/freepats.cfg

where freepats must be installed and bsewavetool be in $PATH. For the
0.7.2 release, the freepats drumkit could either be bundled, or provided
on beast.gtk.org for download. I am not putting up a downloadable
version right now, for the unlikely case that last minute file format
changes go into beast.

   Cu... Stefan
