[Banshee-List] Fanart extension appearance

Hi,
I'm writing Fanart Banshee extension which downloads artists' images
from Fanart.tv, stores them on disk and displays in ArtistView.
Fanart.tv provides PNG images of size 400px*155px (or 200px*77px) with
alpha channel. There are artist for which images are not available (or
there's not enough metadata to determine it).

"list - artists names first, no unknown images.png" is the best out of
them, but it's not good enough.
Temporary, I use one of standard GNOME icons for artist with no
dedicated artist image. That icon must be changed (if anyone has an
idea what icon/image can be used here, please let me know) or removed.

All suggestions and new screenshots edited with GIMP are welcomed.
