Hi, would you be willing to provide a debug log for us during normal usage (i.e. listening to a few songs)? Here is a link on how to produce one: https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/Banshee/CommonQuestions/Logs

Hopefully once we have that we can provide a better answer on what is going on.
