Is media-player-info a library used by Banshee?

Ideally, the user should not need to mark his device as a music
device, or be asked about it. That's why it's also good that you
report a bug in media-player-info too.

I have a Philips GoGear device. It acts like an USB stick,

What should I do to get it working with Banshee?

                 Thanks in advance,
