Hi everyone,
I'm happy to inform all the OS X users out there that, thanks to the work of Timo Dörr, we now have an updated version of the Banshee 2.6 binary for OS X:
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/binaries/mac/banshee/banshee-2.6.0-1.macosx.intel.dmg
As indicated on the Download page (
http://banshee.fm/download/#osx), this version should now also run on OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion). It also contains a workaround to avoid crashing when clicking on "Now Playing".
