There are a lot of mtp errors in that log, you could try disabling the mtp support extension to clean things up.

of the workarounds helped me.

I'm on Debian Testing amd64 with the following packages:

* banshee 2.6.0-1

* usbmuxd 1.0.8-1

* ifuse 1.1.1-2

* libgpod4 0.8.2-7

* libimobiledevice1 1.0.6-3
