I have an initial build of 2.5.x, it is not perfect by a long shot. I
merely hacked Banshee to build against gtk-mac-integration rather than
ige-mac-integration (the old version which doesn't compile with Clang)
[1]. So there are no menus. The build only supports API 10.7 and above
(Lion or better), I don't personally intend to support anything I
cannot test right now for 2.5.x.

I suspect that once Timo gets started on OS X work we will start
seeing the release process become a bit more smooth and the overall OS
X experience improve. I have personally been a bit to busy organizing
the upcoming GNOME & Mono hackfest to work on OS X builds, but that
should be over now so I can get back to producing releases for you. I
will get a proper 2.4.x release out soon, I have the build system all
up and running again, as well as some annoying bugs worked out.
