This page is for another project called banshee. If you go the the
summary page (http://sourceforge.net/projects/banshee/) it says
"banshee-- A toolkit for building constraint-based program analyses".

The fact that the 5 items on that SourceForge tracker are for "our"
Banshee probably means we should make it clearer on our website how to
provide feature requests. Maybe an additional paragraph in
http://banshee.fm/contribute/ ?

Feature requests should go in our bugtracker, just make sure you mark
the severity as "enhancement".
Please also do a search before creating a new entry, to try to avoid duplicates.
For example, we already a bug filed for crossfading:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=524300
