As I wrote I'm using the normal repository version 2.4.0 that is.
I will use the PPA to update to the latest version.

What version are you running? If it is not Banshee 2.4.1, I recommend upgrading to it.

Now is this a bug? I'm somewhat reluctant to rund banshee in debug mode
and report all crashed but I'm sure you guys can help me out here.
