[Banshee-List] Banshee 2.4.0 Fatal Error

I just downloaded and installed the latest version of Banshee Media Player
for my Windows XP box (version 2.4.0 Alpha) and it keeps saying that there
is a fatal error whenever I try to open the program. I have downloaded it
twice to see if there was something wrong with my download, but both times
it says "FATAL ERROR." Here is the error that it is giving me:
