Hi,

Well voice recognition is not exactly the same thing that a personnal assistant like Siri.

Voice recognition is easier.

You just have to register few command and associate it with accoustic model and used a neural network for it with some special tweak for voice. Anyway, best is not reinvent the weel: use a voice recognition library and plug it as an extention to banshee.
