Not in a proper way right now. I think the quick and dirty way for you
would be to remove the "tests" folder from the top-level Makefile.am
and re-run autogen.sh.

Or if you manage to build Mono.Upnp as-is, you don't need to ship
nunit if you don't ship the *.Tests.dll assemblies.
