[Banshee-List] Create Full Backup and Restore iPhone?

I've done a lot of work with my iPhone, jailbroke it and tweaked it to
near-perfection... now I need to create a backup that I can restore the
phone with in case I screw something up. I have a feeling that I'll never
reach perfection, just screw with it until I crash the whole thing. So can
banshee do this? I need a FULL COMPLETE BACKUP, with everything from the
itunes library to the last dolphin cookie, that I can RESTORE my iphone to.
How can I do that with access to nothing but linux?
