[Banshee-List] Cover art not working.

I sent a message on this mailing list a little while back about cover
art not being downloaded on anything in Banshee 2.4.1, and so far I've
submitted a bug report and asked the IRC channel, but nobody else is
apparently having this issue. I cleared all of banshee's cache and
reran with --fetch-artwork, but nothing happens (running with
wireshark shows no requests being sent either), and I can't find
anything in the source code that would help.

Does *anyone* have any idea what might be going on, and how to fix it?
