Hi,

I assume, what you want is a source or some derived class of that.
Look at the banshee code for DatabaseSource and derived classes,
especially PlaylistSource, to get started. You can also look at the
LiveRadio Extension in Banshee-Community-Extensions, where I have
built a custom source with dynamically added tracks.
