A small sql script can change all uri in format you need on each switch...

You can open a bug request but I doubt that it will be accepted a day...

path is diffrent to  a linux path.

So a possible solution is a relative URI to a music track. And you can setup
a root prefix on every System to your music on the filesystem.

Because I want the same playlists or track ratings on my windows...
