[Banshee-List] Banshee for iPod Classic- moving away from iTunes?

The only reason I have Windows on my computer is because of the
iTunes/iPod relationship (which in the real world should be called
"slavery").

A few weeks ago my PC's hard drive crashed (wrecked forever after the
sledge hammer) so I'm stuck with an iPod with about 26 Gb of music and
videos.

For sanity I bought the program called CopyTrans to successfully (so I
think) move the contents of the iPod back to the new hard drive and
reinstalled Windows XP.

That's all fine and well and the longer I have to use Windows in any way
shape or form drives me nuts.  That stupid iTunes and the worship of
Saint Jobs irk me.

Having said all of that good stuff....is there a written procedure for
dopes like me to be able to successfully move my iPod's or iTune's
contents  (and I mean ALL music and videos) to Banshee?  The playlists
must stay intact- there are about 150 playlists on the iPod and I don't
want to spend the rest of my life recreating them.

Any ideas that'll work?
