[Banshee-List] Missing explanation of submodules

Hi!

I recently tried to build banshee from source with MonoDevelop and I
found a small missing explanation on the website.

The websites only states, that you should clone the git repo and you're
done.
After searching in the repo, I found out, that you need to run the
following command in the root directory of your source tree:

$ git submodule init
$ git submodule update

It would be nice, if somebody could add this to the instructions on the
websites, so that git newbies are able to build Banshee from source easily.
