This is the problem described in Bug #614058, which my latest build 
includes patches for. Can you please verify that your installer matches 
the following SHA1 hash::

    2f5149b27f5483082b7a78e072f929b16ae8d530

Also, try changing the "Start in" path in your shortcut to something like::

  %USERPROFILE%

And see if that changes anything.
