Okay, so someone needs to have a Pro license to be able to build it for
redistribution (~$400) but there are ways of running Mono on the
Android. There's a similar project called MonoTouch for building for
iPad/iPhone.
The only potential issue is that Mono for Android uses a cut-down
version of .Net, so there might be some classes used that aren't
available, and there isn't a Linux version of the supporting apps
available yet (which I'm assuming is the OS of choice for most Banshee
devs).
