I sometimes use xbmc it has a rating system, I think it will work for what you need give it a try and let me know.

I have also looked at Moovida but it does not display any ratings I have made so far.
Any hints an tricks for integrating my Banshee-mp3-library into a media center are apreciated and could save me a lot of time.
