You can achieve this by using the various "Sort..." fields, which are
located in the track properties, in the "Sorting" tab.
The possibility to have those fields automatically set to the "right"
value is this bug:

But keep in mind that finding this right value automatically is
tricky: there are other prefixes, and other languages...
