[Banshee-List] Feature hacking

I was thinking of adding two features to banshee, the ability to embed
album art automatically, and/or write the album art to a file in the
album folder.

I've never contributed to an open source project before, so could
someone direct me on the proper procedure if my feature works well, to
submit it into the project.
