[Banshee-List] wondering if there is a way to get banshee to keep transcoded files

I left banshee on all night to finish transoding and syncing my iphone and
when I woke up banshee was closed, I just now started a sync again and it
has to transcode all the files again? I am sorry if this was asked before,
but I tried the "search" function and it lists archive pages which I then
have to search each one????? thanks for any help
