I had been running into this error pretty regularly after updating my build a couple days ago.  I updated again yesterday, and I haven't seen the error since then.  Since you're using the daily builds, I'd wait for the next update, and if you still see the problem, file a bug report with the logs.  I'm thinking it's fixed now in master, though.
