Right to explain what I mean, consider the following example:
I have 8.5GB of music in Banshee, all of which is MP3 192Kbps constant. I
would like to sync all my music with my mobile phone which has an SD card.
With a few adjustments such as configuring a .is_audio_player file if the SD
card was 16GB I could sync all this music no problem. However if I only had
a 8GB SD card I would not be able to sync all my music, but if the music was
transcoded to say MP3 128Kbps then I could fit all the music on the 8GB
card. It would also be preferable to be able to change the format to OGG
when transcoding.
Now Banshee does this if the format is not compatible with the device, but
basically I want to be able to force transcode every file to be synced
regardless of its current file type.
