[Banshee-List] banshee cover art fetching

Hi,

it looks like banshee is using none of my downloaded cover art images but
instead downloads one for every album itself.
~/.cache/album.art is about 118mb big, considering that almost all of my
album folders contain cover art this is way to much.

ive checkd some of the files, and the size does not match the file size that
i downloaded manually to the albums folder so banshee is not just making a
copy.

banshee should prefer locally artwork, why does it not?
the local cover art is in jpeg in various sizes
