It's possible to update also the OpenSuse Download Areas 

The "Alpha" area   
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Banshee:/Alpha/openSUSE_11.3/i586/
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Banshee:/Alpha/openSUSE_11.3/i586/  
with Banshee 1.9.1 70.2 has the Community Extension 1.6.0.1.2

The "Beta" area
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Banshee:/Unstable/Banshee_openSUSE_11.3/i586/
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Banshee:/Unstable/Banshee_openSUSE_11.3/i586/ 
with Banshee 1.9.1.1.2 has no Community extensions
