[Banshee-List] won't sync video

Using the ipod touch, banshee works pretty good with songs.
But when I try to sync a video, it says "mp4 format not supported on your
device"
The video was already on my device so I know it's supported. It is made for
ipod touch.
Why is Banshee confused?
