[Banshee-List] Radio Total Duration Reporting

I think reporting total duration for "live" radio should not be as the values
do not exist -- i.e. progress bars and total duration in the status bar do
not apply to radio and take up space. 

In less musically-inclined apps, like say Totem, clicking the progress bar
for live streams just kills the stream, and while Banshee's progress bars
are grayed-out and do not function for radio thankfully, they still look
fairly clickable with even Ubuntu 9.10's default Human theme. 

Anyway some more constructive feedback.
