[Banshee-List] Downstream bug report: library inconsistency

Hi all,

I maintain Banshee for the Fedora distribution, and have recently
received this bug report:

The report is a bit unclear, but it would appear that the user
rearranged his music collection outside Banshee, ending up with an
inconsistent database, and then attempted to fix it by rescanning his
music folder. Without enough details, it is hard to tell what exactly
happened.

I am not sure it's worth filing an upstream report, but could someone
mind taking a quick look? I'm of a mind to close it as NOTABUG, but
just in case this is a real problem, I'd welcome input from the
developers first.

(ps this is Banshee 1.4.2. We're probably going to get 1.4.3 into the
stable Fedora releases soon, especially for the MTP fixes)
